AFAM faculty talk race with Yale Dems

 AFAM faculty David Blight and Elizabeth Alexander talked about the impact of racial politics on the 2012 presidential election with members of the Yale College Democrats at Branford College, on Monday, October 8, 2012. Blight is a professor of History and African American Studies, and director of the Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance, and Abolition at Yale.

Alexander is Thomas E. Donnelley Professor of African American Studies & Professor American Studies & English, and Chair of the African American Studies Dept. at Yale.
