This is to let you know that the Endeavors Seminar Series for Thursday, October 12, 2023, has been cancelled. Fortunately, our speaker, Kimberly Conway Dumpson will be supporting her daughter, who has been invited by the Southern Poverty Law Center to participate in human and civil rights conference at the United Nations.

We hope to reschedule Mrs. Conway Dumpson talk for Spring 2024.

Kimberly Conway Dumpson, an attorney and fundraisingexecutive with nearly 20 years of experience in highereducation advancement, has been on a decades-long journeyto discover her family’s history. In The Five Rice Sisters, a Boxof Letters, and Black Feminism in Nineteenth Century NewEngland, Kimberly discusses how a box of 500 family letters ledto a greater understanding of the lived experiences of herancestors in nineteenth century New England. Kimberly has aB.A. from Towson State University and a J.D. from OhioNorthern University. Kimberly is vice president, Advancementat the University of Massachusetts Amherst Foundation.
