Director Wills Glasspiegel’s “Bang’n On King Drive” with RP BOO is released

In partnership with DJs and dancers in Chicago, director Wills Glasspiegel releases Bang’n On King Drive, an homage to the Bud Billiken Parade, one of the oldest African American parades and an important site for the history of Chicago footwork, the focus of Glasspiegel’s PhD work at Yale. The video received over twelve thousand hits in its first few days online.
