Jacqueline Goldsby appointed acting chair, African American Studies Dept.

Yale President Peter Salovey announced today that Jacqueline Goldsby, Professor of English and African American Studies, has been appointed Acting Chair of the Department of African American Studies for the 2014-2015 fall semester, effective July 1, 2014.

President Salovey praised Goldsby for taking on the important leadership position and thanked her for her devoted service to Yale
