Iman AbdoulKarim is a Ph.D. in the Department of Religious Studies and African American Studies at Yale University. Her research interests are at the intersections of race, gender, and Islam. She has published on Muslim women’s participation in Black Lives Matter and as a 2017-2018 US-UK Fulbright Scholar researched Muslim women’s activism in British feminist networks. She is currently a board member for the Society for the Study of Muslim Ethics.
